FEDA strives to build a prosperous and peaceful society where opportunities for education, viable work, and healthy social relationships are accessible to all people without discrimination.

Who we areDSC01539

Friends Economic Development Association (FEDA) is a Cambodian non-government organisation working to empower Cambodian people living in rural areas.

We work to alleviate the poverty of the people of four villages in Wat Kor Commune, Battambang, Cambodia by developing self-sustaining income generation projects and by providing children with educational opportunities to enhance their participation as responsible citizens in their local, national and global communities.

DSC01394Towards peace & prosperity

FEDA strives to build a prosperous and peaceful society where opportunities for education, viable work, and healthy social relationships are accessible to all people without discrimination.

By providing new possibilities for young Cambodian women and men, we aim to bring a new sense of hope and community to the future generations of this country.

Message from Niki Singer, Peace Museum Team Leader

Dear friends,

I am writing to our Cambodian peace builders network, to request your help to make our first Gala and Auction excellent.

The first Peace Museum Masquerade Gala and Auction will be on October 22, at Le Meridien Save the Date_GalaAngkor in Siem Reap. We chose the date to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the Paris Peace Accords, to acknowledge a moment in Cambodia’s journey that opened up possibilities for rebuilding the country. The semi-formal evening will include a live auction with amazing prizes, a raffle with even more prizes, and a lot of fun to support the museum.

Tickets are $80 per person. We know that might not be possible for everyone, but it would be wonderful to have as many of you together with us on this special night as we can. We are also selling raffle tickets (1 ticket for $5 / 5 tickets for $20) that are available ahead of the event. Please help to spread the word about the event by sharing it with your friends, colleagues and networks who might be interested.

As always, thank you all for your support with this important project.
